Shipping and Returns

Orders are shipped within 2-7 business days for Retail and 2-9 business days for Wholesale.

We pre-print labels to expedite the packaging process and so that we can start getting your order put together. Please know that you will receive a shipping update once your label has printed but it does not mean the order has left our warehouse just yet. Your tracking information will be updated once it is scanned at the post office. If you have not received an update within 7-10 business days of your order (depending on if your order is wholesale or retail) please reach out and let us know.

At times, the postal service does not scan every single order or your order may be stuck in transit. Once your package is out of our hands, it is out of our control.

Please note that shipping times right now for USPS, UPS, and FedEx are longer than normal.

  1. Returns must be processed within 14 days, please make sure they are stamped by postal service before the 14 days of purchase or they will not be accepted.
  2. No Cash Refunds, Only Store Credit.
  3. Any returns must not be worn or washed!
  4. All holiday and sale tees are FINAL unless damaged.
  5. ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE: your name, number, and email address inside the package along with order number so that we can find your order and send you store credit. Please do not ship back ANY item without appropriate information.
  6. Return shipping is responsibility of buyer after 2 consecutive returns. 
  7. If your items arrive damaged we need the following to be returned: photo of damaged tee and/or damaged box (if package is damaged), order or invoice number,  your name used on the order, and your email address. You can email photos to pricklypeartx@yahoo.com.

Local Pickup

  • Local pickups are available from Monday-Thursday at the Pearhouse
  • Pickup times are 8-11 AM
  • Pickup location is 9964 Interstate 20 in Merkel (look for the bright Smiley Mural on our building)
  • We will tag you in our Facebook group when your items are ready for pickup
  • Per our policy, turnaround times are 2-7 business days once orders are placed, but may be sooner
  • Packages are located on the Local Pickup shelf, and are in alphabetical order by FIRST NAME
